The Sea Turtle Farm & Hatchery located in Koggala, Sri Lanka, operates as a licensed marine life conservation center. All digital interactions, educational materials, and third-party integrations (such as ads and payment options) hosted on this site are designed under Sri Lankan wildlife and digital laws.
2. Sanctuary Visits & Bookings
Any tour submission made via our "Book a Tour" buttons represents a reservation request. Final validation, ticket processing, and entrance fee collections happen directly on-site at our Koggala facility. Visitors must respect on-site conservation ethics, including refraining from touching vulnerable hatchlings or using harsh camera flashes near treatment tanks.
3. Donations & Funding Transparency
All financial contributions routed through our PayPal button or direct local Commercial Bank account details are classified as 100% non-refundable charitable donations. As a non-profit marine rescue project, these funds are instantly disbursed for buying turtle eggs from local coastal fishermen (to mitigate poaching), purchasing clinical nutrition, and managing tank filtering grids.
4. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to provide correct scientific classification parameters for the marine species we protect. However, the Hatchery is not legally responsible for temporary website outages, external errors occurring during secure payment routing on third-party sites (like PayPal), or structural layout changes caused by automatic Google AdSense frame expansions.
5. Intellectual Property
The entire source code combination, premium Tailwind presentation architectures, and customized educational text contents belong solely to our platform development team. Scraping, duplicating, or cloning these layouts without explicit written validation is prohibited.
